We have created a series of highly interactive business simulations for use in schools. In these simulations, young people will learn about managing cash-flow, the "value added process", and how to reinvest profits into new revenue opportunities. At KSA International, we believe that hands-on learning is the best way to understand important concepts. In our rapidly changing world, this simulation will be a valuable tool for teaching skills which will soon be required of everyone.
Business Tools I - The Essentials (Grades 7-9)
The Essentials teaches the most essential fundamentals of business. In this simulation, students will learn the basics of cash flow management, controlling costs, the manufacturing process, selling products on a global market, managing risks and identifying opportunties. This is a true hands-on learning exerience which makes learning these concepts fun and easy.

Business Tools II - Planned vs. Actual (Grades 10-11)
This is a high-impact, fast paced and fun learning experience for all. Using simulated global market conditions, each simulated year is 1 hour long. Planned versus Actual takes the learning experience directly to the fundamentals of cost analysis, break-even analysis and the planning for profit. By focusing on five key ratios and the number of products sold and/or services rendered in a variety of global markets, each participant makes explicit assumptions about future costs as well as unit sales. In addition to the understanding of similarities and differences of the 24 markets worldwide, this is a fun and contagious learning experience.
