Finance for Non-Financial Managers program introduces the participant to basic business concepts. How a business (company) obtains and invests its cash, generates profits, manages profits, liquidity, solvency, cash flow and other assets.
Understanding the structure of the basic financial statements are key items in the analysis of a business operation. This training program will also introduce the participant to the structure of income statements, balance sheets and key performance indicators.

What will Business Management Simulation Training do for you?
The Business Management Simulation (BMS) is a training exercise in total operational management. In two days you will gain four years of simulated but true-to-life decision making experience as the president/owner of your own operation. Each simulated year mirrors "real life" business in detail and complexity. It affords each participant a "holistic" and "practical" experience in running a profit-center and to learn how business is conducted nationally and internationally.

Advanced Business Management Simulation
What will Advanced Business Management Simulation Training do for you?
Incorporates all of the attributes from BMS Phase 1 training, plus the added challenges of managing a multi-site, multi-product operation. The multi-site, multi-product business simulation requires monitoring the design and development of each product, the projected life cycle and establishment of a profitable product mix. In the role of profit-center manager, each participant is responsible for all operational and financial decisions for each site and product operation from the initial investment in fixed assets to the design, development and sale of products.
Program Objectives and Learning
Understand the major activities involved in managing a successful profit-center. (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Operations, Planning)
Have gained experience in strategic profit center planning.
Have gained experience in problem solving and decision-making as it relates to running a profitable business.
Understand the major key performance indicators: Break Even Point Ratio, Profit Ratio, Gross Margin, Fixed Cost Controls, Return on Investments, Shareholder's Equity, Income Statements and Balance Sheets.
Target Audience
Limited to those who have attended Business Management Simulation Phase 1 training.
Present and future Profit-Center Managers.
