Business Simulation Training
The Business Management Simulation provides the financial knowledge essential for a successful business. Depending on your company's needs, this training program simulates four to six years of profit-center operations over a period of two to five training days. The simulation mirrors everyday real-life business in detail and complexity. Therefore, affording each participant a comprehensive hands-on experience in how a business obtains and invests its cash, generates profits, manages liquidity, solvency, cash flow, profitability as well as other business assets.
In addition to understanding profit-center management, comprehending the structure of the basic financial statements is key in the analysis of a business operation.
